Star Fleet runs on two things: people doing their jobs and clear expectations. This guide breaks down our departments. If you’re new, start at the departments section, pick a lane, and build from there.
Departments are how we organize what members actually do in-game. Your department helps set expectations, unlocks certain perks, and makes it easier for leadership to support you.
