Star Fleet Constitution:

Star Fleet Constitution:

We here at Star Fleet believe in creating a respectable, honest, and laid-back environment for our cadets to our Veterans.

  • Due to the many languages within the universe, we do suggest that a translator may be required for certain interactions. You can use Google Translate, or there is also https://www.deepl.com/en/translator, which is said to be more precise.
  • Please refrain from using foul language as much as possible, as this may offend some players.
  • A translation may sometimes come through as offensive. A translation error may be the cause, so please verify before responding.
  • Due to language barriers Star Fleet has now started to appoint Liaisons to help with translations and help unite our community.
  • Please be respectful, polite, and kind in our conversations with others to help avoid any unnecessary escalations.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  • We do NOT follow a three-warnings rule, and you are out rule. We base everything on the severity of the offence. All rule violations and hostilities will be brought forward to the command for their review of any proof of the interaction. We are all adults here, and we expect our members to act as much.
  • Our members are entitled to a harassment free environment
  • We do not tolerate racism, degrading, fascism, or abuse of our members within Star Fleet or our Allies
  • We do expect our members to follow ALL the Eve Online EULA, ToS, and Policies
  • We do expect our members to also follow rules and guidelines set out by our Allies as well when operating within their space.

RULE VIOLATION REPORTING

  • If a violation of the rules is observed. Please gather all and any information. Then report it to the corporation’s CEO or Communication Officer.
  • Evidence will be required, which may include screenshots, chat logs, recordings, combat logs and any other pertinent information.
  • PLEASE do not feel the need to take matters into your own hands. When there is an issue, especially with allies, make sure to report it to your CEO or Communications Officer.
  • Any repeated violations may result in fines, station bans, or possible removal from the corporation.

AWOXING

  • Do not shoot blues (Allies)
  • You may take reasonable measures to defend yourself when you are being attacked and can’t escape
  • An FC during a fleet may ask you to shoot an ally. Although this rarely occurs as the FC may be required to explain their actions.
  • In rare occurrences, accidental shootings may occur (such as when using smart bombs or a Vorton Projector). When this does occur, please make sure to issue an apology and inform your commander right away in case the corporation needs to issue a formal apology.
