1 – Clarity of Purpose: Define your goals with precision. Knowing your destination helps you focus your efforts and resources effectively. Write down your goals and keep them visible to maintain motivation and direction. Star Fleet has set a group of goals for both our High Sec and our Null Sec corporations. Our stars of success will help us achieve these goals, as will the dedication and determination of our members.
2 – Mindset: Cultivate a positive and growth-oriented mindset. Your thoughts can either empower or hinder you. Regularly assess your beliefs and attitudes to ensure they align with your goals. Star Fleet is based on the fact, that EvE is just a game. That our players have real lives outside of EvE and wish to create an environment where our members can enjoy EvE and get away from the stresses of life. We believe there is still good out there in the galaxies. Star Fleet looks to create a laid-back environment where players and corporations can grow together. Star Fleet believes that a successful membership creates a successful corporation.
3 – Discipline and Consistency: Success requires consistent effort and discipline. Develop habits that support your goals and eliminate distractions that detract from your progress. Star Fleet has established a solid command structure that allows us to stay disciplined at all levels and in all departments. These departments, along with our Ranking system, allow not only for a chain of command but a consistent unity between all levels. Star fleet will not tolerate disrespect from its members and command staff alike. Star Fleet, through it’s written policies, procedures, and Command staff, will provide the expectations of all its members to provide that consistency throughout Star Fleet.
4 – Emotional Intelligence: Manage your emotions effectively. Understanding and controlling your emotional responses can enhance your decision-making and interpersonal relationships. EvE can at times become a hectic environment. It is at these times that we train ourselves to remain calm and respectful. To work together to solve problems that may arise. Through training and operations, we will condition ourselves to always remain in control.
5 – Continuous Learning: Commit to lifelong learning and self-improvement. Stay curious and open to new ideas, skills, and experiences that can enhance your capabilities. Star Fleet is a growing corporation that is always looking for ways to improve our gameplay and create experienced players through joint alliances, corporation internal training, and progress meetings between the command staff and membership.
6 – Networking and Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships. Surround yourself with supportive and like-minded individuals who can provide guidance, encouragement, and opportunities. Star Fleet is part of a well-established alliance that
works together in creating a safe environment for our members. We established
mutually beneficial partnerships and share similar goals. Internally, Star Fleet expects its members to be respectful and polite to one another and our allies. Star Fleet takes pride in honoring its deals through industry and trade.
7 – Resilience: Develop the ability to bounce back from setbacks. Resilience is crucial for overcoming challenges and maintaining progress toward your goals. Star Fleet is a growing corporation in a hostile game. EvE is full of thieves, liars, propaganda pushers, spies, deceit and subterfuge. But despite all these challenges, Star Fleet will weed out the trash and push it all out of the air locks to continue moving forward to accomplish our goals together.
8 – Action Orientation: Take decisive action toward your goals. Success is not just about planning; it requires taking consistent and purposeful steps to
achieve your objectives. Star Fleet has a dream. We set for ourselves what we determine to be achievable goals and set up policies, procedures,
programs and plans to achieve our goals while maintaining our other stars of
success.
